Easy Digital Downloads
If you have the pro plan you can install the Easy Digital Downloads addon. This addon adds a range of conditions and call to actions to Ahoy messages.
The following conditions are available in this addon:
Easy Digital Downloads
- Download(s) in cart - The message will be shown to users who have a selected download(s) in their cart
- Download combo in cart - The message will be shown to users who have all of the specified downloads in their cart
- Cart item count - The message will be shown to users who have a specified amount of downloads in their cart
- Cart total - The message will be shown to users who have more/less than specified amount total amount in their cart
- Customer spent - The message will be shown to customers who have previously spent more/less than specified amount
- Customer has purchased - The message will be shown to customers who have previously purchased any download or a specified download
EDD: Recurring
- Has subscription - The message will be shown to customers who have a subscription. Can be applied to all download or to specific downloads. Can select the subscription status: Any, Active, Cancelled, Expired, Failing, Trialing
- Upcoming subscription renewal - The message will be shown to customers who have an upcoming subscription renewal. You can decide within how many days of renewal to show the message and also optionally specify particular downloads.
EDD: Licensing
- Has license - The message will be shown to customers who have a license. Can be applied to all download or to specific downloads. Can select the license status: Any, Active/inactive, Active, Inactive, Expired
- License expiring - The message will be shown to customers who have an expiring license. You can decide within how many days of expiration to show the message and also optionally specify particular downloads.
EDD: Stripe
- Credit card expired - The message will be shown to customers who have previously purchased a download via Stripe and have an expired credit card
