Message Settings: Appearance

The appearance tab allows you to apply custom styling to each message. If you want all message to have the same styling it is quicker to add your custom styling on the  settings defaults tab.

Adding custom styling on the message settings: style tab will override the styling applied in global defaults tab.

The message settings: style tab allows you to apply the following custom styling:

• Header styling: This is the section of the message where the user avatar, user name and user job description (optional) is shown. You can select a background color and text color for this area, as well as avatar size.
• Body styling: This is the section of the message where the main message text is shown. You can select a background color and text color for this area.
• CTA styling: This is where you can apply custom colors to the call to action button including the hover colors.
• Headline styling: This is only applicable when using click style messages. The headline is the text shown above the user avatar before a user clicks to view the full message. You can select a background color and text color for this area, as well as a font size.
